Very true Piyushji! We can never understand what Srila Prabhupad has done for us. However, we can surely appreciate his sacrifices that he made for all of us by following the instructions which are there in his books. That’s what he wanted us to do.

Amazing lecture on Srila Prabhupad, his struggles and his achievements. It is truly awesome what Srila Prabhupad achieved in a span of 12 years. His purity and faith in the holy name and the words of his spiritual master enabled him to transform the hearts of millions across the globe. We should be eternally grateful to Srila Prabhupad for the legacy he has left behind for us and to Radhanath Swami for bringing it to light. It is now up to us to take advantage and take our spiritual lives seriously.

It is amazing reality, lot of people go to the west and become enamored, intoxicated, and totally bewildered by the facilities for enjoyment and all of the incredible types of technology. Srila Prabhupada came to the west to try to teach people how to renounce material life and chant the Holy Names of Krishna, Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna, Krishna Hare Hare/Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama, Rama Hare Hare. He came to a civilization where the entire economy is based upon breaking the regulative principles, the entire economy thrives on broken principles. Hats off to him!
Yes, really so amazing. What Srila Prabhupada did is totally unbelievable if we see it from material vision, however if we see his achievements the only conclusion that we can make out is that he was heavily blessed and empowered by Lord Krishna to do all this.
Great point Mr. Carl! The kind of sacrifice Srila Prabhupad made for the whole world is very unique. Without empowerment from the Lord, no one can do what he has done. This is one of the qualities of a sadhu that he is always dependent on the mercy and empowerment of the Lord.
