HH Radhanath Swami often instructs that real Yoga means to coonect with God.

And that’s what its real meaning is. However, today people misinterpret it with some kind of exercise to keep the health intact which by the way is the side effect of the yoga.

Nice talk by Radhanath Swami. The real purpose and meaning of yoga is to unite with Lord’s desires and serve Him 24 hours a day.

I think Yoga should be part of our daily routine activities. As its importance is so much greater than any other activity. Also yoga helps us to connect with that Supreme Personality which everyone in this world is looking for.

Nice point! Yoga means real connection with the Lord. And to achieve that connection, one must show his sincerity through various things like fasting and spreading the glories of the Lord.

Wonderful lecture by Radhanath Swami Maharaj on real yoga. The way he has influenced the life of people is testimony of his purity in devotional practices. Unless one is pure, he/she cannot transform the hearts of people.

How amazingly HH Radhanath Swami presents on the essence of real yoga. This must be a real eye opener for many who consider yoga to be just few exercises for better health and life. Connecting everything to the supreme Lord is the real purpose of the yoga.
